The house had been left degrading through time until the Client approached us with the intention to rejuvenate its look and facilities keeping the existing structure in place.

We fully redesigned the overall internal configuration and roof creating an open space which benefits from the marvellous view towards the sea and city of Zakynthos. The exterior space was also part of the design with the addition of an open pool.
